One person to talk to
You talk to me, from the quote to the maintenance.

Websites, management tools, automation. I work with freelancers, tradespeople, shops and small teams who lose time on tools that never quite fitted, or that no longer keep up. One person to talk to, from the first conversation to going live.

One person to talk to
You talk to me, from the quote to the maintenance.
02
Based in the canton of Bern
Remotely or on site, whichever suits you.
03
The code is yours
Delivered and documented. You are not tied to me.
04
Maintenance included
Going live is not the end of the work.
03 — Situations
“I retype the same quote by hand every week.”
We model your quote once. After that you fill in three fields, the PDF comes out on its own, and the follow-up goes out a week later without you.
“My clients, my appointments and my invoices live in three different places.”
One tool, your data in one place, reachable from your phone on site. You stop typing everything twice.
“My website is from 2014 and I no longer dare touch it.”
I take it over or rebuild it, with an interface where you change your own text, prices and photos.
“I pay a subscription for software I use a quarter of.”
I build exactly what you need, and nothing more. You stop paying every month for the other three quarters.
“The software I bought does 80 % of the job. The other 20 % I do by hand.”
We automate the 20 %. That is almost always where the lost day of the month is hiding.
None of this sounds like you? Describe your case in one sentence.
04 — Services
Six kinds of work. Most projects combine two or three. If you are not sure which box you are in, that is fine — we can talk it through.
S.01
A clear, fast website you update yourself. Built to be found on Google and to make people want to call.
Typical case
You run a hair salon and your services are nowhere to be seen? I build your showcase.
S.02
Your clients, your quotes and your follow-ups in one place. Built around the way you work, not the other way round.
Typical case
You are a landscaper and your clients live in three notebooks? I bring them into one tool.
S.03
Scheduling, stock, site tracking, registrations. What off-the-shelf software cannot do for your trade.
Typical case
You run a dance school and registrations arrive by text message? I build the tool that holds them.
S.04
The repetitive tasks: exports, invoices, follow-ups, monthly reports. Written once, they run without you.
Typical case
You copy your hours into a spreadsheet every Friday evening? We get rid of Friday evening.
S.05
A website or an application nobody looks after any more. I take over the code, put it back in order, and explain what is in it.
Typical case
Your site still runs, but whoever built it is gone? I take the project over.
S.06
Going live, backups, updates, monitoring. If something breaks, I know before you do.
Typical case
You know neither who hosts your site nor where the backups are? I take care of it.
05 — Method
Four steps. You see your tool working before you sign anything.
01
A coffee or a 30-minute call. You describe your day, I ask questions. At the end I tell you honestly whether I bring anything to the table.
02
A short document, in plain language: what is included, what is not, the timeline, the price. The quote is free and it does not move along the way.
03
What sets me apart
I build a clickable mock-up of your tool. You navigate it, you click the buttons, you say what is wrong — before the first billed line of code. Nobody signs on a promise.
04
You see progress every week. Your feedback goes into the next version. At launch there are no surprises: you already know the tool.
