This site is published by Aurin Solutions, a trading name used by Kevin Hoarau, an independent developer based in Switzerland.

02Hosting

The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, on servers located in France.

03Personal data

The contact form records what you enter: name, email address, phone number where given, type of request, the content of the message, together with the language of the form and the page you came from. This data is stored on the site’s server, hosted in France, and notified to me by email.

The legal basis for this processing is your request itself: the data is necessary to answer it and, where applicable, to prepare a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; under Swiss law, the justification arising from the contractual relationship).

It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship arising from it. After three years without an exchange it is irreversibly anonymised: name, email address, phone number and the content of the message are destroyed.

Access to private demos is protected by a code. Every entry of that code, successful or not, is logged: the date, a truncated IP address that cannot identify a machine, and the browser reported. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in protecting confidential content and knowing that it has been viewed (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These records are deleted after twelve months.

You may ask to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form, by writing to contact@aurinsolutions.ch.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

04Cookies

This site sets two cookies, both strictly functional: they do not require your consent. A session cookie, technical and unrelated to your identity, protects the contact form against fraudulent and automated submissions and, where applicable, remembers access to a private demo whose code has been entered; it disappears when you close your browser. A theme cookie, set only if you use the corresponding button, remembers your display choice for a year. No tracking cookie and no analytics are used. You can delete them at any time from your browser.

05Intellectual property

All the content of this site — text, visuals, logo and structure — is the property of Aurin Solutions unless stated otherwise. The screenshots of the projects shown are published with the agreement of the clients concerned. Any reproduction without prior written permission is forbidden.

06Liability

The information published on this site is indicative and may change. Aurin Solutions cannot be held responsible for the content of external sites it links to, in particular the client sites shown in the work section.
